My neighbor has grapevines that grow over my fence. Luckily I get to enjoy the fruits of his labor. Today I noticed someone else is also enjoying the grapevine. Bugs! I discovered they are Japanese Beetles. My research found I can discourage them by spraying the plant with a concoction of red pepper flakes and jalapeño peppers.
