Meditation does not need to be difficult, in this group you will see how easy it is to still your mind and create a balanced life. Research has shown meditation can lower blood pressure, relive stress, improve focus, concentration, intuition, memory retention and naturally, relaxation.
You will leave each session with practical ways to create a still space in your mind quickly and easily. Learn the fundamentals of a meditation practice, including elements of posture, breath, awareness & application to everyday life and the latest in brain research. All levels welcome.
